– J\u00e1 preparei esta ementa v\u00e1rias vezes ao longo dos anos, mas acontece que c\u00e1 em casa adoramos estes folhados, sa\u00eddos do forno, com o queijo derretido… huuummm!!! E como j\u00e1 n\u00e3o fazia h\u00e1 muito tempo… hoje foi dia deles! <\/p><\/div>\n

Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 1 emb. de quadrados de massa folhada
\n– salsichas q.b.
\n– queijo flamengo fatiado q.b.
\n– 1 gema de ovo<\/p>\n

Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/p>\n

01.-<\/strong> Deixe a massa ambientar-se, depois estenda cada quadrado, coloque por cima uma fatia de queijo e numa das extremidades, uma salsicha. Ligue o forno, aquecendo-o previamente a 200\u00baC<\/strong> (utilizei um mini-forno el\u00e9ctrico duplo – varetas em cima e em baixo), durante 10 minutos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

02.-<\/strong> Cada folha, tem um quadrado de papel vegetal. Com a ajuda do papel, v\u00e1 enrolando a massa, com o queijo e a salsicha, at\u00e9 fazer um rolo.<\/p>\n

03.-<\/strong> Feche as extremidades, virando-as para dentro e coloque em cima do papel vegetal, numa grelha de forno.<\/p>\n

04.-<\/strong> Bata bem a gema de ovo e com um pincel de silicone, pincele a superf\u00edcie de cada folhado com a gema. Leve ao forno \u00e0 mesma temperatura, durante 20~25 minutos<\/strong>, dependendo do tipo de forno utilizado. Retire do forno e sirva de seguida com uma guarni\u00e7\u00e3o de batatas fritas e uma salada a gosto.<\/p>\n
