Numa frigideira ao lume, deite o azeite, deixe aquecer, junte o cubo Molho de Mostarda e deixe que este se derreta. Junte os bifes \u00e0 frigideira e frite-os de ambos os lados ao gosto. Retire para um prato e reserve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>02.-<\/strong> \u00c0 gordura que ficou na frigideira, adicione os cogumelos, tempere com o molho de soja e deixe saltear durante <strong>5 minutos<\/strong>. Retire os cogumelos da frigideira e reserve-os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>03.-<\/strong> Entretanto, num recipiente, misture as natas, a mostarda e o vinho do Porto. Verta depois esta mistura para a frigideira, deixe levantar fervura, mexa bem e deixe apurar durante <strong>2 minutos<\/strong>, em lume m\u00e9dio\/baixo. Insira de novo os bifes e os cogumelos na frigideira e deixe apurar, em lume brando, durante <strong>5 minutos<\/strong>, virando os bifes a meio do tempo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>04.-<\/strong> Retire do lume e sirva de imediato com uma guarni\u00e7\u00e3o a gosto.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;
