Se voc\u00ea colocar muito azeite imediatamente, o a\u00efoli pode estragar. Voc\u00ea pode adicionar mais e bater mais, mas as chances s\u00e3o de que ele v\u00e1 continuar l\u00edquido e nunca engrossar. As primeiras gotas do azeite criam o primeiro v\u00ednculo qu\u00edmico que solidifica o molho e criam a base de tudo. Voc\u00ea pode adicionar mais azeite mais r\u00e1pido depois, cerca de 20 ml a cada <strong>2-3 minutos<\/strong>. Voc\u00ea vai ver que desde o come\u00e7o o molho nunca fica l\u00edquido. Se ficar l\u00edquido n\u00e3o \u00e9 a\u00efoli.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">2) o alho tem propriedades qu\u00edmicas emulsionantes que contribuem directamente para a consist\u00eancia do molho. Amasse tudo e acrescente \u00e0 mistura desde o come\u00e7o, assim como a mostarda de Dijon. A quantidade de alho \u00e9 uma quest\u00e3o de gosto e necessidade. O a\u00efoli pode ficar bem forte se voc\u00ea colocar muito, e se voc\u00ea colocar muito pouco pode estar arriscando errar no processo. Mexa nos intervalos. Continue adicionando o azeite aos poucos pelos primeiros <strong>10 minutos<\/strong> at\u00e9 que voc\u00ea tenha uma base grossa.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-2175-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">O a\u00efoli fica mais s\u00f3lido e dif\u00edcil de mexer com cerca de 100ml de azeite extra-virgem. Pode inclusive acumular no batedor, mas tudo bem. Com cuidado bata o batedor na borda da vasilha (segurando a vasilha, obviamente) e repita ocasionalmente para manter a homogeneidade do molho.
