Para as Batatas Hasselback: Lave bem as batatas. Corte uma pequena fatia fina na base de cada batata a fim de obter uma superf\u00edcie plana para as batatas n\u00e3o rolarem. Com uma faca bem afiada, corte as batatas em fatias finas, mas sem chegar ao fim (utilize uma colher de pau para o efeito, colocando a batata em cima da colher. A concavidade desta serve de trav\u00e3o e permite que a faca n\u00e3o corte completamente a batata).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>02.-<\/strong> Numa tigela para micro-ondas, deite o azeite, a manteiga, o alecrim, o alho e programe <strong>30 segundos<\/strong>. Retire, mexa bem e volte a colocar no micro-ondas por mais <strong>30 segundos<\/strong>. Retire, adicione o sumo de lim\u00e3o, o sal, a pimenta de misturas e depois tempere as batatas com metade desta mistura, inserindo-a nos espa\u00e7os abertos anteriormente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>03.-<\/strong> Coloque as batatas num Pyrex e leve ao forno, a <strong>200\u00baC<\/strong>, durante <strong>20 minutos<\/strong> (utilizei convector de halog\u00e9neo ventilado). No fim deste tempo, os cortes nas batatas dever\u00e3o ter aberto. Neste ponto, verta o resto do preparado anterior, nos espa\u00e7os e leve novamente ao forno por mais 15 minutos a 175\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>04.-<\/strong> Nos \u00faltimos dez minutos de assadura, coloque as ervas arom\u00e1ticas por cima das batatas. Retire e sirva como guarni\u00e7\u00e3o (nesta receita, com os Crocantes de Frango com Parmes\u00e3o e Ervas).
